What a finished course can and cannot tell a manager.
Illustrative work scenario, not a customer testimonial.
Separate participation from application
A completion record says someone reached the end of the material. It does not establish that the person can handle an unfamiliar situation under pressure.
Create a practical check
Choose a representative situation and ask the employee to explain or practice the response. Discuss when to ask for help, then plan a manager follow-up.
A confident response is not enough. Knowledge owners approve the guidance and scenario expectations. Managers retain responsibility for coaching, job readiness and decisions about employees. Sensitive scenarios should use appropriate examples and access boundaries.
Start with the work you need to improve. Add connected capabilities when the scope calls for them, not because every tool must be in the first rollout.
Your proposal identifies the included deliverables, channels, integration work and ongoing responsibilities. One shared Simpl Brain supports the solution sets in your program.

Curriculum, persona and custom knowledge
Build the training around your approved procedures, the employee's role and the people they interact with. Discovery identifies the first learning path and source owners.
Voice roleplay
SimplVoice conversation practice is part of the Training hub. Agree on scenarios, expected responses and escalation boundaries before releasing them to learners.
Recurring learning and maintenance
One recurring training path combines learning, practice and reinforcement. Basic completion visibility and monthly content maintenance are included in the Training program.
Expanded manager reporting
A dashboard spoke can add reporting beyond basic completion. Define the questions managers need answered, the available data and the reporting views in the proposal.
